OMG so much stuff!

I started off doing lists (I confess I am a big list person) and lists of all the things we need for our new motorhome. You don't think there is that much to it really, but oh my world so much stuff! As I had the week off work due to school holidays last week, I started ordering from Amazon and parcel after parcel came in... You can now not move in the garage for all the things

I suppose we are quite "lucky" in a sense that we have some light hordering tendencies which meant that actually a lot on the list I didn't have to buy.... like everyone has two stick blenders at home, right? I do.... and two kitchen scales .... and to set of cutlery (I bought a new set some years ago but couldnt give the other set away just yet as I thought it might come in handy one day - which it did!) and more ....

So what is on the list you might wonder? First of all the essentials such as levellers for the wheels, hook up cable, toilet chemicals, fire extinguisher and fire blanket, first aid kit, smoke and carbon alarms. And then all the kitchen paraphernalia; mugs, plates, cutlery, knives, measuring spoons, bowls, peeler, pots and pans, cutting boards, dish brush.

Speaking of pots and pans - have you seen the Tefal Ingenio range? Its amazing - I cannot believe not more people are jumping on this solution. It has detachable handles. Which means it saves so much storage space. I have these in my home kitchen too (but for induction hob) and bought a new set for the motorhome at quite a good price from Amazon. They also have separate storage lids that you can put on afterwards for any leftovers to go into the fridge. And they go in the oven. Endless possibilities and multi use.

To protect the nonstick pans from getting scratched during storage and to stop them rattling when driving I have bought similar pan protector felt mats that I use at home (the ones at home are from Lakeland but I found some cheaper ones online).

I just need to get the motorhome now so I can put it all in and work out how to organise and structure everything.
